I would like to express thanksgiving to God for a reprieve from the oppressive Biden administration.
The 2024 election delivered a political earthquake. Against an avalanche of opposition from legacy media, entrenched bureaucracy, activist judges, corporate donors, radical educators, and international elites, Donald Trump secured a decisive electoral victory. For many Americans—especially Christian conservatives—his return to the presidency represents a long-awaited reprieve from a dark and oppressive period under the Biden administration. We thank God for His providence in granting us this window of mercy.
But let us be crystal clear: this is a reprieve, not a resolution. The culture war is far from over.
A Clear Contrast of Worldviews
The Biden era gave us a troubling vision of what a progressive-dominated America looks like. It is a vision dominated by gender confusion, unrestrained abortion access, an unaccountable administrative state, and the normalization of degeneracy under the banner of “progress.” This agenda is not merely political—it’s philosophical and theological.
Whereas Biblical Christianity upholds objective truth, human dignity rooted in the image of God, and moral absolutes based on Scripture, the progressive worldview is anchored in moral relativism, identity politics, and cultural deconstruction. The results are as destructive as they are predictable:
- The indoctrination of children through age-inappropriate sexual content in public schools.
- The redefinition of biology and family structure through gender ideology.
- The expansion of abortion on demand, even up to the moment of birth.
- The silencing of dissent through government surveillance, lawfare, and social media censorship.
Trump’s victory puts a temporary check on this agenda, but the ideological war behind these policies is still raging.
The Bureaucratic Leviathan: “The Swamp” Still Lives
Central to the left’s ability to impose its agenda is the massive and largely unaccountable federal bureaucracy—“The Swamp,” as Trump rightly calls it. With nearly 2.8 million civilian employees, the federal government houses an embedded army of unelected officials, most of whom lean heavily Democrat.
Through the strategy known as “the long march through the institutions,” progressives have spent decades infiltrating bureaucratic, academic, judicial, and cultural institutions. President Obama and President Biden strategically placed leftists throughout the federal apparatus. These operatives continue to undermine any conservative policy that conflicts with their ideological commitments.
During Trump’s first term, many bureaucrats openly defied his orders. Whistleblowers and insiders reported that agencies like the DOJ, FBI, and State Department engaged in passive and active resistance. Seminars were offered to teach federal employees how to subtly undermine the President’s initiatives.
That defiance is already regrouping for Round Two. As The Blaze recently reported, Pentagon officials are allegedly planning obstructive tactics should Trump reassume control. Such seditious posturing must not go unanswered.
A second Trump administration must swiftly and decisively identify and remove subversive elements from key leadership roles in federal agencies. Yes, this will ignite howls of protest from MSNBC, The New York Times, and the rest of the media-industrial complex. But Trump must not waver. These bureaucrats have facilitated:
- The promotion of radical gender theory in schools and public policy.
- The prosecution of pro-life Christians and parents labeled as “domestic terrorists.”
- The weaponization of law enforcement against political opponents.
- The spread of LGBT and abortion advocacy globally through USAID and the State Department.
Cleaning house is not an overreaction. It is a moral necessity.
The Media Echo Chamber: Tools of Deception
Be prepared for intensified media onslaught. Outlets like CNN, MSNBC, PBS, ABC, CBS, The Washington Post, and The New York Times will not report—they will agitate. These institutions long ago abandoned journalism in favor of narrative control.
They are not merely biased; they are ideological instruments of the progressive regime. Their goal is to discredit Trump, demoralize conservatives, and demobilize the Christian Right. But we must resist. Every smear, every lie, and every manipulated headline must be met with truth, clarity, and courage.
The Battle for the Next Generation: Education as a Battlefield
We may have won a national election, but the real war is for the hearts and minds of the next generation. That war is being fought in your local school district.
Even in deeply conservative states like Indiana, leftist ideology has wormed its way into the public education system. In Noble County, where 75% voted for Trump, the threat still looms. Progressives don’t stop when they lose elections—they dig deeper into institutions. Schools remain key targets.
Behind the scenes, education bureaucrats, counselors, curriculum committees, and teacher unions continue to push:
- Divisive identity politics
- Historical revisionism
- Comprehensive sex education for young children
- Promotion of gender fluidity
- Anti-American narratives masquerading as civics
Parents must stay alert. Attend school board meetings. Review curricula. Ask questions. Demand transparency from principals, teachers, and counselors.
The Problem of Teacher Unions and Leftist Infiltration
Few institutions have done more damage than teacher unions. These unions are functionally political arms of the Democrat Party. According to Open Secrets, teacher unions contributed roughly $43 million to Democrat and progressive campaigns in the 2023–2024 cycle, offering mere scraps to conservatives.
These unions are not neutral defenders of teachers—they are ideological enforcers pushing leftist doctrines. Their influence reaches beyond pay disputes and job security into curriculum content, classroom behavior policies, and teacher training.
Expect their terminology to shift as the public grows weary. “Critical race theory” becomes “culturally responsive teaching.” “Gender ideology” morphs into “affirming care.” “Social justice” hides under “diversity, equity, and inclusion.”
But lipstick on a pig doesn’t make it a princess. It’s the same woke poison—just with a new label.
A Call to Clarity, Courage, and Constructive Action
We must not descend into unhinged witch hunts. Indiana remains a conservative state, and many teachers quietly share our values. They need our support, not suspicion. The key is transparency. School board members and education professionals must make their values known. Let their faith shine.
Transparency breeds trust. Trust forms the foundation for community-wide reform.
As Christians, we are commanded to be both wise as serpents and innocent as doves (Matthew 10:16). We are not called to retreat but to stand. This is our moment to be salt and light.
Conclusion: Vigilance Is the Price of Liberty
Trump’s victory gives us breathing room. But breathing room is not a permanent solution. The culture war will continue. The left has not surrendered; it has simply shifted to the courts, the classrooms, the bureaucracies, and the media.
Now is not the time for complacency. It is time for courage, vigilance, and principled action. Let us thank God for this opportunity—and then go to work.
Let us raise our children in the fear and admonition of the Lord. Let us fight for truth in every school board, every courtroom, every city council, and every media outlet. And let us never forget: though the darkness rages, the Light has already won.
